1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TAJ Barber Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

For Customers:

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may maintain only one account

For Salon Owners:

• You must be a legitimate business owner or authorized representative
• You agree to provide accurate business information and maintain valid licenses
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your salon account

3. Booking and Appointments

• Bookings are subject to salon availability and confirmation
• Customers must arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation
• Salons reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion

4. Payments and Fees

For Customers:

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• Prices are set by individual salons and displayed on the Platform
• Additional charges may apply for premium services

For Salon Owners:

• TAJ Barber Hub charges a 10% commission on all completed bookings
• Payouts are processed according to the payment schedule
• Salons are responsible for all applicable taxes

5. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee
• No-shows may result in account restrictions
• Salons must provide at least 2 hours notice for cancellations

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to compromise the security of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unauthorized commercial purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TAJ Barber Hub, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of TAJ Barber Hub or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TAJ Barber Hub acts as a platform connecting customers with salon owners. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by salons or disputes arising from salon-customer interactions. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Platform Role & Liability

Connection Platform Only: TAJ Barber Hub is a technology platform that facilitates connections between customers and independent barber shops. We DO NOT provide barbering services directly.

No Liability: TAJ Barber Hub is NOT responsible for service quality, disputes, conflicts, damages, or any issues arising between customers and shop owners. All services are provided by independent shop owners.

No Dispute Resolution: We do NOT mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes. All conflicts must be resolved directly between customer and shop owner. TAJ Barber Hub's role is limited to platform operation only.

10. Modifications to Terms

TAJ Barber Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.
