No-Show Policy:
- Failure to attend without cancellation results in forfeiture of full payment
- No refund will be issued for no-shows
- Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions
3. Salon-Initiated Cancellations
If a salon cancels your appointment:
- Full refund guaranteed regardless of timing
- Refund processed immediately
- Priority rebooking assistance provided
- Compensation may be offered for significant inconvenience
4. Refund Process

5. Service Quality Issues
If you're unsatisfied with a service provided:

- Partial or full refunds may be issued based on investigation

7. Salon Owner Refund Terms
Platform Commission:
- 10% commission applies only to completed services
- No commission charged on refunded bookings
- Canceled appointments do not affect payout calculations
Payout Delays Due to Disputes:

- Funds released upon resolution
- Salons will be notified of any holds
8. Modification of Bookings
Instead of cancellation, consider modifying your booking:
